I take screencaps with KMPlayer and then Photoshop CS4. I’ve made a tuto about making gifs (this one) but it’s not like a complete tutorial. Also I don’t use that way of making gifs, I use this one.

To be honest I’m a bit lazy to make another tutorial :p but ya, I’m planning on making one for taking screencaps and another one for using the method which I use to create gifs.
